Ribbon visual

Ribbon is a new visualization that has recently become part of the Power BI reporting platform. When is it used? If you want to show some indicators, for example sales revenue or total costs in relation to time, you will use either a Line or Column chart. If you hesitate between these two visualizations, you can use Ribbon, which represents the best of both!

Since the Ribbon is a new visualization, to be able to use it, you must first enable it in the settings, by selecting the appropriate option in the Preview Features section. After this action, restart Power BI Desktop.

It is very easy to use. Add it from the visualization palette to the canvas. On the x-axis, add a hierarchy consisting of year and month. On the y-axis, add the measure used to calculate sales revenue. Voila!
