Power BI groups enable grouping of data within visuals for more efficient reporting. Depending on the type of dimension present in the visual (category or measure), it is possible to group parts of the report by default categories (Lists) or reporting segments (Bins). PowerBI reports can be filtered in a similar way as traditional Pivot or PowerPivot reports. Since one report is usually consisted of several visuals (tables, charts, cards, slicers) you could adjust a way that selected visual filters all other within a report that share same dataset. Also, you could filter a whole dataset by applying basic, advanced or Top n filters, which will be subject of a text that follows.
Workspace, as its name says, is used for the integration of data, reports and dashboards that is used in your daily work. The default workspace is called My Workspace and everything you create (datasets, reports, dashboards) is kept on this site, unless otherwise is specified. Drilldown is a term that describes obtaining additional details of a report based on the selected reporting dimension.
