Teamwork often involves collaborating while entering and updating data in shared files. Working together often means just that – the ability for multiple people to work on one document at a time. Where are the documents kept? Those you share in the channel are part of the SharePoint OnLine folder while the files you share, during private or group Chat, are stored in the OneDrive for Business repository and can only be accessed by chat participants.

Meetings

When, in the context of Microsoft Teams, we use the word meetings, we mean audio or video meetings. In the first case, participants have only a microphone and headphones or speakers from the hardware; then instead of them other participants can see avatar shown as initials or profile photo. Scheduling meetings

The Calendar menu is the place where Microsoft Teams meetings and events (webinars) are planned. This menu is not available in the free version of Teams. It is linked to the appropriate Exchange Online account and calendar and allows you to create a one-time or recurring appointment, for organization members and/or external users, channel members, and so on. Managing channels
